- All our clothing and accessories are handmade to order. For orders of clothing, shoes, and accessories with standard sizes and no custom alterations, there is a 14-day return period. Returns are only accepted if all tags and security seals are attached, the garments show no signs of wear, and the original packaging is included. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made accessories, which have been adjusted to your personal measurements in length, width, etc., unfortunately CANNOT be returned. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
Delivery
- Our products are made to order. Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, production and delivery within Germany takes 2-4 weeks , and for international deliveries , 2-5 weeks after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of your payment). The garment or accessory can then be shipped within approximately 14 days or even sooner.
